1.Are you wholesaler or manufacture?
We not only have our own factory in China but also have strong business relationship with other producers and material vendors, which make us capable to provide the best quality products at the good price and sufficient stock.
2.What payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
1). Letter of Credit (L/C)
2). Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
3). Collection (D/P,D/A)
3.How do I place an order?
Choose the product you want, you can place your order via email. Write the detail message to [email protected]. Indicate the quantity with product number or linkage of the product image. Once we receive you order, we will check the stock in 24 hours and the total price to you for the order. After we get your payment message, we will ship the goods according to your information.
4.I have an order, how to know what it is going on?
We will email you a stochastic order tracking ID to your email address which is using for payment when you order first time. You can track your order via email or fax and any other contact methods.
5.What is your transportation?
We deliver our product all over the world by sea.The general delivery time to the international basic port:
European basic port in 23 - 26 days
East USA, Mexico, Canada, Chile in 23 - 26 days
West USA in 17 - 20 days
Middle East, South Africa in 19 - 23 days
West Africa, Lagos in 40days
Australian, India, Thailand and Pakistan in 15 days
Singapore in 7 days
Indonesia in 10 days
Our nearest seaport name: Ningbo, Shanghai
If quantity is small,and you require urgently then we can ship by AIR or courier.

7.What's the best time to call you by phone?
Our work time is between 8:00AM-5:30PM Beijing time from Monday to Saterday.
9.Do you offer product samples to international customers?
Yes, TCI CO., provide this service, but customers have to afford the postage.
